i almost called the title of this entry home sweet home
it’s hard not to think of my parents place as home. not much has changed in this house (or in my town for that matter) since i left here for college 7 years ago. my room here is almost exactly the same as it was when i was living at home, with only a few minor changes. everything is basically the same. a lot of my high school friends (ok, almost all of them) are still here, my aunts/uncles/cousins are still here. it’s as if time has stood still for everyone else, while i’ve moved forward. it’s kind of eerie.
i say this almost every year, but it’s worth repeating. i never realize how dependent i am on having a broadband connection ready at my fingertips. dialup sucks goat testicles. i needed to find a t-mobile store in the area since my phone is totally fucked up and i need it more than usual since i’m here. the pain of waiting for pages to load!
so it doesn’t look like i’m going to have a white christmas. looks more like a soggy, wet one instead. the weatherman said it was going to be mild with temps tomorrow in the low 50s. that should be nice since the fam and i are going to spend the afternoon tomorrow in nyc before heading to a showing of disney’s beauty and the beast. i hear it’s a marvelous show and i’m looking forward to it.
i’m planning on hitting the met next week (probably on monday) so if anyone wants to join me gimme a call toss me a message. not sure when the phone will be back in commission, so try to reach me some other way. email checking will be sporatic at best.
looks like i’m going to be in nj for new years at the pudups. should be a blast as always! drunken debauchery abounds…

not many entries here
anyway, yes east does rock. i don’t go there that often because i’m usually away at school. my dad knows the owners so they treat us like royalty.
nice website you have here!
