so the doc says that i need to make some minor changes to my diet, eating more fruits and vegetables, substituting my yogurt for a high-fiber cereal for breakfast and substituting whole wheat pasta and brown rice for the regular pasta and white rice.

so i went and bought some yummy cereal from TJ’s and some bananas as well (along with other foody stuffs). i grab a banana this morning, intending to eat it on my drive in to work only to discover it’s not there in my car when. it was in my shirt pocket when i put my shoes on and then it was gone. which only means one thing.

i’m going to come home to find mushy banana bits scattered throughout the house…
